The Beach House has 3 levels, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. Spectacular ocean and surf views from full length windows. The house has a deck on each level to take advantage of the views and fresh air. It is located on a quiet, dead end street. Extra lot for parking. The SW 11th Street beach access is 2 blocks away. You can choose from the rental options according to how much room you desire and how many people in your party: Rent one, two, or all three floors. Many miles of beach to walk. Two 18 hole golf courses close by. One mile to Devils Lake for fishing and water activities. Surf fishing in front of the house or take a charter boat to go out on the ocean fishing. If the weather is bad just sit in the warm house and watch the pounding surf. The town has many small stores and a large outlet mall for the shoppers. You can watch a great show or win some money at the casino in town.

You can choose to rent the entire house, or just a floor of the house depending on your needs
Entire House:
Starting at $245
Additional $5 for each person above 8 occupants
All tenants must clean before leaving. If you wish not to clean the cleaning fee is $75.
Upper Levels:
Starting at $155
Additional $5 for each person above 4 occupants
All tenants must clean before leaving. If you wish not to clean the cleaning fee is $65.
Lower Level:
Starting at $100
Additional $5 for each person above 2 occupants
All tenants must clean before leaving. If you wish not to clean the cleaning fee is $25.
Deposit
There is a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation. The balance of the rent must be sent at least 30 days prior to the rental date. After the balance is paid, the keys will be sent to you.
Cancellation & Return Policy
For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival date NO deposits will be refunded.
For cancellations made 15 to 45 days prior to arrival date, 50% will be refunded.
For cancellations made more than 45 days prior to arrival date, 100% will be refunded.
